Arnold Dumbbell Press

While Arnold was experimenting with ways to spark new shoulder growth, he rein­vented the overhead press, twisting the palms from facing backward to facing forward.

By doing this exercise, where you turn your palms to your face when you are lowing the Dumbbells, Arnold found out that has better results in front deltoids than the regular press.
